Kählig Antriebstechnik GmbH specializes in brushed and brushless DC motors from 2.5 watts upwards and has established itself meanwhile as one of the world’s leading manufacturers in this sector. Thanks to the extensive expertise of our development department we can provide you with exactly the solution you need for your specific application. - Standard motors with optional extras - For applications that do not entail much development work, we supply our standard modular system motors from stock with very short delivery times. They can also be assembled quickly as complete drive systems including gearings, encoders, brakes, or controllers. - Your system supplier for complete solutions - Apart from our ex-stock DC motors and our know-how in customized drives, you also benefit from the complete solutions we offer as a systems provider. As a quality-conscious family business, SAXONIA-FRANKE supports its customers in all areas relating to stamping and forming technology, plastic injection-moulding technology and assembly installation. The company was founded in 1981 by Jörg Franke in Göppingen. The opportunity to move into a new, larger production building arose as early as 1987. Over the following years, extensions were built repeatedly, in order to cope with the constantly increasing order development in the company. In 2016, a new logistics centre was inaugurated. This measure allowed the production area to be expanded. Back in 2011, a generational change was introduced, and Felix Franke entered the management. Founded in 1966, Rollstar became the first manufacturer to supply both hydraulic motors and planetary gearboxes in 1968. This resulted in the emergence of the hydraulic gear motor concept. Since that time, Rollstar has become synonymous with compact dimensions, short delivery times thanks to modular design, customer-specific transmission solutions, high quality and prompt service worldwide. Hydraulic motors and planetary gearboxes are manufactured using state-of-the-art machines according to a modular design, in series and large-batch production for torques from 1500 Nm to 6, 500, 000 Nm. Additionally, a large number of design variants are available for the driving and driven sides, meaning that a solution can be provided for virtually every application. Special requests are processed quickly by our CAD-supported engineering office and a flexible manufacturing process that takes place entirely in-house, ensuring on-time completion. Our abundant stocks enable us to deliver at short notice by request.
