Uniquement composé de 3 ingrédients : du porc, du sel de Guérande et du poivre de Kampot IGP du Cambodge. Cette viande séchée se conserve durant 3 mois à température ambiante. Il accompagnera coppa, lonzo, saucisson, bœuf séché et noix de jambon pour vous offrir un plateau apéro 100% sans nitrite et sans conservateurs. Toutes nos charcuteries sans nitrite sont élaborées à partir de cochons soigneusement sélectionnés en Aveyron.
