Valerian from the Ukrainian brand PALIANYTSIA is a dietary supplement based on valerian extract (10%) for preventing sleep disorders, improving mood and general well-being. Valerian in the composition of the supplement has a moderate sedative effect on the body, has a calming effect, enhancing the processes of inhibition in the cerebral cortex and increasing the secretion and synthesis of GABA.
