Die Anlage der Serie KT ist universell einsetzbar und für die industrielle Teilereinigung konzipiert. Einsatzmöglichkeiten finden sich in der Metallentfettung, Elektroindustrie, Optik, Medizintechnik, Wartung und Instandhaltung u.v.a. Die Ausführung als 3-Kammersystem und die kompakte Konstruktion der Anlage ermöglichen eine hohe Reinigungsqualität bei gleichzeitiger platzsparender Aufstellung. Die Grundausstattung besteht aus beheizter Ultraschallkammer (Kammer 1) und beheizter Kaskadenspülung (Kammer 2 und 3). Zusätzlich kann ein separater Trockner passend zur Größe der Kompaktanlage beigestellt werden. Die Wannen sind in ein stabiles Rahmengestell eingebaut. Hot solvent vapour is applied to the surfaces of the parts where it condensates, forming a solvent film in which dirt is dissolved. As the solvent condensate runs down along the parts, it takes with it the dirt particles (dust, chips, etc.), leaving behind clean surfaces. This physical cleaning effect results in thoroughly cleaned surfaces.

After cleaning, parts are normally dried. Efficient drying keeps cleaning medium consumption low, and thus helps protect the environment. In addition, drying effectively prevents recontamination and corrosion. When drying tightly packed or porous parts, drying at atmospheric pressure might not be effective, so that drying under vacuum is the only option.

Wir geben deshalb eine Vollgarantie von bis zu 12.000 Stunden bei maximal 3 Jahren. Tauchschallgeber sind Ultraschall-Schwingersysteme in dicht geschweißten Metallgehäusen, in deren Innerem piezokeramische Schwingerelemente eingebaut sind. Sie werden am Boden bzw. an den Seitenwänden von Reinigungsbädern angeordnet. Die Versorgung mit HF-Strom erfolgt über eine Zuleitung, die über eine rückseitige Anschlussdose, einen Rohrkrümmer oder einen flexiblen Metallgewebe-Schlauch geführt wird. Unterschiedliche Tauchschallgebergrößen erlauben einen variablen Einsatz der Tauchschwinger bei unterschiedlichen Betriebsfrequenzen von 20, 25, 30, 40 oder 132 kHz.
