Das brennbare Reinigungsmittel kann direkt in die Wannen eingefüllt werden. Die Ultraschallgeneratoren werden separat aufgestellt. Ein Sicherheitsthermostat (Einstellung 15°C unter dem FP) überwacht die Einhaltung der maximal zulässigen Temperatur und schaltet bei Überschreiten die Anlage ab. Der mitgelieferte Deckel verhindert in Stillstandzeiten Emissionen aus der Wanne. Die Anlagen können auch in Verbindung mit wässrigen Reinigungsverfahren verwendet werden.
