Ideal for food and pharmaceutical applications The HRS Series stainless steel sanitary electric pump is the new frontier of innovation and hygiene in electric pumps for food and pharmaceutical applications From 2020, the ‘HRS‘ series joins the previous ‘RAPID’ and ‘RAPID SANITARIA’ series with which we have been present on the market for electric pumps for over 50 years. With its flexible impeller equipped with a drainage system for automatic sanitization, the HSR Series stainless steel sanitary electric pump introduces a new standard. It is the first flexible impeller pump with a drainage system for automatic flushing, without the need for disassembly. It was awarded the European patent in 2023. The distinguishing element of this series is its ability to guarantee a superior level of hygiene in the transfer processes, which is why we chose the letter ‘H’ – HRR series – of ‘HYGIENIC’ as the product’s distinguishing element. Certified Materials for Food Use and Innovative drainage system Impeller and seals of the HRS Series are made of Silicone or FDA Neoprene, materials certified for use in contact with foodstuffs. The mixer with unloading by hatches is completely made of stainless steel and it is formed by a double cradle mixing tank with two mixing shafts with intersecting paddles of the same shapes and dimensions. The tank capacity varies between 1.100, 1.500, 2.000, 3.000, and 4.000 lt., bigger capacity tanks are available upon request. Each mixer is available also in the vacuum versions and with CO2 intake. Generally used to obtain quality productions, they are equipped with an unloading system by sliding hatches located on the tank’s bottom. The system allows a perfect mixing of different components and a rapid unloading. This kind of mixers are mainly used to produce sausages, salami and Italian typical mortadella.

Equipped with high self-priming power, it does not need to fill the suction hose the first time it is used, and thanks to its reversibility it can reverse direction for maximum flexibility in transfer operations. Easy disassembly allows for quick and frequent maintenance, contributing to the pumps' durability and efficiency. Sanitary patent for Food, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Sectors We have patented the SANITARY execution of Rapid series Electric Pumps, meeting the specific needs of the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors. This execution eliminates any parts that could cause product stagnation and potential sources of contamination. The internal body of the Pump is a perfectly smooth single body, made from solid bar by turning and milling, allowing CIP (clean in place) flushing. The impeller and seals made of white silicone or black FDA Neoprene are certified for use in contact with foodstuffs, according to FDA regulations, EEC Directive 89/109 and EC Regulation 1935/2004. The ‘RAPID SANITARIA’ series includes models with flow rates from 240 to 24,000 litre/hour, up to 3 Atm. of head pressure. Standard couplings are with hose nozzles, but can be customised with couplings such as TRI-CLAMP, DIN, GAS, FLANGE ATTACHMENTS. A motor protection cover in AISI 316L stainless steel is available on request.

Velati’s TA6 – TM6 grinders, completely built in stainless steel, have been designed to perform productions fitted for the small/medium industry preserving the same mechanical and tecnical characteristics of grinders built for the large industry. Both models are available in two different versions: two speeds and variable speed. The first version, the two speeds one, has two speeds on the feeding worm while the knives’ speed remains constant; the second version, the variable speed one, has instead a variable speed both on the feeding worm and on the knives allowing to maintain a high quality product. The TA6 model has not the mixing tank but a hopper with a paddle feeder, while the TM6 model is provided with a mixing tank with two shafts with paddles.
