Glass overheads are typically built (in our standard chemReactor and production plant setups) for multipurpose and semi–batch operation mode under full vacuum. They mostly consist of feeder vessel, a distillation column, condenser and secondary condenser, phase separator, receiver, including valves and pressure equalization piping and a rupture disc as safety device. For rectification, packed distillation glass columns up to DN600 are used with reflux condenser, a reflux splitter with a reflux controller to set the reflux ratio. Belimed Life Science offers a wide range of systems for automatic loading of sterilizers. Schwimmerschalter werden gemäss Kundenanforderung designt und produziert, sind einfach einzubauen und bedürfen keiner Programmierung. Unsere Schwimmerschalter basieren auf dem bewährten Reed Kontakt-/Magnet-Prinzip, welches eine zuverlässige und langlebige Funktionsweise gewährleistet. Das einzige bewegliche Bauteil des Sensors ist der Schwimmer selbst.

The task of storing liquids hazardous to water or to their processing must be handled responsibly. In the building of the corresponding process containers, storage tanks, stainless steel containers, different factors must be taken into consideration. They are designed according to regulations, such as PED (AD-2000, SVTI, EN13445) or according to special standards, such as the Basel chemical standard BN76 and manufactured in stainless steel. Process containers and storage tanks have half-pipe coils, jackets or laser-welded structures (pillow plates) for heating and cooling purposes.
