CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LAS MÁQUINAS: •Línea de producción compuesta por seis estaciones: oCargador de bandejas. oDispensador de recipientes. oDosificadora de caramelo. oTúnel de enfriado. oDosificadora de flan. oUnidad de termo sellado. •Al inicio de la línea colocamos manualmente las bandejas en el cargador. •En el siguiente módulo el dispensador coloca automáticamente los recipientes del flan en las diferentes posiciones de la bandeja. •La siguiente unidad es una dosificadora con la que dosificamos el caramelo a una temperatura de 170°C. •Las bandejas pasan por un túnel dispuesto con varios ventiladores para enfriar el caramelo. •Posteriormente dosificamos el flan. •Por último la unidad de termo sellado de los recipientes. VENTAJAS: •Producción automatizada para elaboraciones de gran volumen. •Se completan seis elaboraciones en un espacio reducido. •Seguridad en el proceso de trabajo.
