NC worm milling of profiles by means of millers from module 0.2 to module 1.5 (in some cases, up to module 3) in various materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze, aluminium, polymers, bakelite and others. We can supply a finished product, complete with thermal and surface treatments on request.
Gear cutting of outer diameters from min. 3mm up to approximately 50mm in automated unmanned mode.
Max. Length of parts subject to gear cutting: approximately 100mm.
We can also supply oriented-toothing or toothing with special profiles. Our company can manufacture small, medium-sized and large productions batches by means of chutes and automatic loaders.
