Die Füllmaschine FM1 ist geeignet für die manuelle Abfüllung von flüssigen bis hochviskosen Medien in verschiedenste Behältnisse für Kleinstvolumina. Die Maschine kann als Tischmaschine oder OEM- Version in der Ausführung mit Rückschlagventil oder mit Drehschieber geliefert werden. Der pneumatisch angetriebene Kolbendosierer ist GMP-gerecht aus Edelstahl gefertigt. Beide Varianten gibt es in der Ausführung mit Rückschlag- oder Drehschieberventil. Die robuste Maschine kann sowohl als Einzelmaschine als auch Einbaustation in größeren Maschinen betrieben werden. Als Formatteile werden nach Bedarf nur das Füllrohr mit Düse und je nach Füllbereich die entsprechenden Dosierzylinder benötigt. Die Zer- legbarkeit zu Reinigungszwecken ist denkbar einfach ausgeführt. Die Füllmaschine kann auch nachträglich automatisiert werden. Verschie- denes Zubehör ist verfügbar.
