Arma TNT Polypropylene non -woven fabric for the armor, in the application phase, of liquid waterproofing membranes. TNT weapon can be applied both horizontally and vertically, on all surfaces to be waterproofing potentially subject to deformations and settlement, that is, when the risk of cracking is greater. Its use minimizes the risk of formation of microcavillating and cracks that can affect the membrane estate. Wait for the first layer of applied product to dry completely, then proceed with the application of the second uniform coat to completely cover the ARMA TNT non-woven fabric. The overlaps of the fabric at the connection points in the longitudinal and transversal direction must be carried out by making an overlap between the sheets of no less than 5 cm. In case of rain between the application of the first and second coat, allow the non-woven fabric to dry completely before applying the second layer. Armaproof Membrane Anti-cracking waterproof membrane to be laid before laying ceramic, natural stone and parquet coverings. In combination with the other products of the I.T.W.S (Integral Terrace Waterproofing System) system, it creates perfect and long-lasting waterproofing even on cracked, not perfectly cured or with possible vapor tensions due to residual humidity coming from the substrates. Crack bridging, vapor management and sound absorption are the distinctive characteristics of this innovative waterproof membrane. Armaproof Membrane is an innovative waterproof membrane formed by the union of two different non-woven fabrics, coupled with a polyethylene membrane. The deformability under stress of the membrane (crack-bridging) allows the compensation of potential tensions from hygrometric shrinkage and thermal deformation of the substrate, thus facilitating the management of contraction joints present in the substrate. The non-woven fabric of the upper surface (light color), in polypropylene, and that of the lower surface (dark color), in polypropylene/polyester, allow optimal adhesion of our cementitious adhesive Osmokoll Mono (certified adhesive C2TES1), recommended both for gluing the membrane to the substrate and for gluing tiles above the membrane. The special configuration, together with its material conformation, promote extremely resistant and durable chemical and mechanical adhesion of our Osmokoll Mono glue, among other things with glue consumption reduced by 30-40% compared to other systems on the market. The management of the steam potentially present in the support is also facilitated, which finds an outlet through the fibres of the non-woven fabric and the porosity of the adhesive. The special shape of the membrane is also highlighted in the extremely limited thickness, just 1.8 mm, which makes it extremely easy to handle, making it easier to install. Its sound-absorbing characteristics complete the characteristics of the Armaproof Membrane membrane, making it unique in its sector. The waterproofing system is completed with the Elastotex 120 Cloth elastic band, which is used across the area where two membranes meet and in the perimeter parts between the wall and the floor, in contact with columns, pillars, architectural elements protruding from the installation surface, drains, etc., gluing using Osmokoll Mono. Waterproofs any surface, both old and new, even if cracked or subject to dimensional movements caused by hygrometric shrinkage or thermal deformations. Wait for the first layer of applied product to dry completely, then proceed with the application of the second uniform coat to completely cover the ARMABAND TNT non-woven fabric. Overlaps between two different strips must be carried out with an overlap of no less than 5 cm. Elastotex 120 Cloth Waterproof butt strap, consisting of a expandable elastomeric rubber, entirely coated on both sides with absorbent fabric, with an overall width of 12 cm. The product is distinctive for its simple and easy application, the ascertained watertightness to water and the high deformation capacity. Unlike Elastotex 120, where the elastic part is represented exclusively by the central part of the product (8 cm wide), the entire width of Elastotex 120 Cloth consists of an elastomeric material (12 cm), allowing a greater maximum expansion and adaptation to structural movements. In addition, the entire width of the band is lined with absorbent fabric, so it can be impregnated on a more extended portion of its surface, ensuring superior adhesion to the support. Connection of waterproofing surfaces adjacent to joints in structures or artefacts subject to thermal or dynamic movements, particularly suitable in waterproofing coating interventions that interweave the use of Osmocem Flex or Osmocem D. The application surfaces should be clean, free of incrustations, dust and non-adhering parts, carefully roughened. Previously apply Osmocem Flex or Osmocem D on the laying surfaces (with a layer of average thickness not less than 2 mm), for a width greater than that of the Elastotex 120 Cloth butt. Lay the strap and press it appropriately in the prepared osmotic mortar, ensuring the incorporation of the latter (for the whole width of the strap) in the fabric that covers it. Complete the coating with Osmocem Flex or Osmocem D. 1.1 m/m: 1 metre of Elastotex 120 Cloth for each linear metre, being careful to overlap the rolls of approximately 5-10 cm in correspondence with the edges of the band to guarantee the permanent water tightness of the system.
