Nuestra lámina flexible especial para soldar directamente sobre bandeja de rPET. Es un material más sostenible ya que los restos que queden soldados a la bandeja y sean desperdicio en el proceso de envasado pueden ser separados, reciclados y reutilizados. Cuenta con alta barrera al oxígeno, vapor de agua y es estanco a los líquidos. Transparente o blanco, apto para uso de atmosfera protectora, gran planitud y resistente. Sustituye a productos con cloro. Junto con APET RESILIENT para fondo es el pack más sostenible. Entre las aplicaciones de este material encontramos embutidos, quesos, platos preparados, salsas y líquidos.

A flexible high-barrier film that welds directly onto an rPET tray. A very thin gauge film, it has a density of <1, making is highly sustainable. This thin gauge is to ensure that the top film floats to the surface in the sink-float tank, while the PET sinks to the bottom. This way the PET flakes do not become contaminated. Properties: High oxygen barrier. Watertight Oxygen and aroma barrier. Watertight. White or transparent. Suitable for products that require MAP. Applications: Cold cuts, cheese, ready meals, sauces, liquids.

Rclosing Hb Učinkovit

Rclosing Efficient is a flexible high-barrier laminate with properties that permit re-closure. It is used as a lid for trays principally made from our APET EFFICIENT material. The laminate is characterised by being more sustainable than others as it is thinner and contains no chlorine products. In a triple complex it is available from 75 microns. Rclosing Efficient ensures the lid falls smoothly and firmly onto the tray so that the packet is re-closed and the preservation time increases during the established consumption period. As with previous openings, it ensures the re-closure is uniform. It can be made with transparent, white and metallic complexes.
