Tekstina’s legacy dates back to 1828. Through our history we went from a yarn retailer to become one of the leading manufacturers of printed fabric. The Slovenian textile industry has recently undergone a severe stress, resulting in collapse of numerous domestic textile companies. Tekstina was one of the few companies that were able to survive the turmoil. In order to improve the stability of its business, Tekstina has completely adapted to the new marketplace which requires companies to devote large amounts of funds to capital expenditures and posses their own design departments. As a result of this transformation, Tekstina nowadays sports a value added per employee of over 80, 000 EUR which represents a remarkable achievement for this industry. Tekstina primarily manufactures fabrics for shirts and working suits. In the future, the company aims to further increase innovation as its long-term plan is to transform from manufacturer of fabrics to provider of various services using innovative materials. The company has two divisions. Tekstina Fashion provides it customers with unique and innovative products which are developed in accordance with the latest fashion trends. Tekstina Tech meanwhile provides novel marketing solutions to the rest of the company through cooperation with accredited laboratories and suppliers. Those activities are set to continue within the IRSPIN group and are aimed at improving business efficacy in the future.

The founder and initiator of production in the company Elastomeri was Danilo Fajs. With his innovation in production and vision in finding markets, he created a company from a small workshop that has established itself in the European and global market. The current owner Matjaž Fajs, the company expanded, built new business premises and hired new workers. Today, the company already has 15 employees. They create added value with high quality, customized products and short delivery times. In the past, the company has always taken care of the solid business foundations on which it built its business. These foundations remain solid in the present and will continue to do so in the future. The company's growth is organic and the majority of employees' efforts are focused on improving the quality of products and services. An integral part of the quality of services are also relationships with customers, to whom we have already paid a lot of attention and we intend to further improve, enhance and upgrade them. The company FUKS toolbox, d.o.o. was founded on 31.03.2008, it has been development-oriented since the very beginning, and we mainly deal with the production of tools for the transformation and punching of sheets, tools for plastic injection and pressure casting. The company specializes in developing tools from idea to product, testing tools on its own hydraulic and eccentric presses from 16 t to 250 t of pressure force. We also have the possibility to test plastic injection tools on a machine with 125 t closing force. FUKS Orodjarna constantly updates the machine park, software and maintains the competence of the staff. The company operates according to the ISO 9001 system. When acquiring new projects, the company has a tendency, in addition to developing and manufacturing tools in its own tool shop, to establish the production of stamping or injection molding products and to supply them to the end customer in the long term. The company also operates on a demanding international market, where it exports more than half of its products or services. With the growth of the volume of business, the company increasingly defined its market niche, which it discovered in the planning and implementation of technologically demanding automation processes in industry.
