Our RoHS and REACH compliant products are manufactured in Iserlohn, Germany, with an in-house quality management system in place. The Arens tubular fittings are easily installed without the need for welding or special tools to create railings for machinery or work platforms, for instance, or as hand rails and poles in buses and trains. Our products provide support. We manufacture all our products using high-quality DIN-standard aluminium alloys which provide maximum stability and resistant to corrosion while remaining lightweight.

Our company was founded in 1954. In the early days of the company, fittings were produced by aluminium chill casting. At the start of the 1980s, zinc die-casting became an established part of production. Shortly afterwards, production was expanded to include the field of aluminium die-casting. Our successful company development is still shaped by a balanced relationship between tradition and progress. Today, we supply our discerning customer base across Europe – in industrial and medical technology, mechanical engineering and the automotive, construction and furniture industries – with products made by aluminium die-casting, zinc die-casting and aluminium chill casting. With our core competence in the areas of aluminium and zinc die-casting, as well as aluminium chill casting, our customers receive daily support in producing and supplying ready-to-install casting components.

JuNie specialises in the production of high-quality furniture locks and industrial fasteners. We have been developing and manufacturing for over 140 years at our site in Velbert, Germany. The fact that we manufacture our own tools and moulds in-house ensures a high level of precision and flexibility in our work. Our modern machinery enables us to carry out a variety of manufacturing techniques, such as CNC-controlled die casting and injection moulding as well as punching and turning. The demand for high-quality products requires a reliable assembly process that either takes place manually or is fully automated, depending on technical and economic requirements. Regular quality controls guarantee the functionality of the final product. Thanks to our extensive warehouse of semi-finished and ready-to-deliver parts, we are able to supply our customers with our products in a very short space of time. The ability to make repeat orders or extensions to master key systems is guaranteed for decades to come, since all the necessary data for this is archived.
