The Family Butchers (TFB) is the second largest sausage processing company in Germany, with eight production plants, 2400 employees and annual sales of 720 million euros. Founded by my grandfather in 1946, our family-run company has been continually developing ever since in line with the market requirements – from a spare parts manufacturer for the mining industry to an inter- nationally renowned specialist in power transmission engineering. Today, we develop and produce torsionally flexible couplings at a high level of vertical integration under the REICH-KUPPLUNGEN brand. These products are predominantly used for combustion engines in stationary and mobile applications – for example in power generation plants, in construction machinery, in commercial vehicles, in railway engineering, and in the shipbuilding industry. The Craemer Group International orientation – regional roots The Craemer Group is an internationally active family company specialised in metal forming, plastics processing and tool making. Their headquarters is the Craemer GmbH founded in 1912 and located in the German town of Herzebrock-Clarholz. In 2021, the group employed around 1, 000 staff and achieved a total operating performance of around 300 million Euros.
