Pipes and moulded parts based on a modular construction system. S & W RohrSysteme GmbH + Co. KG specialises in the manufacture of pipes and moulded parts for extraction and ventilation. More specifically, our range includes the following products: Pipes, elbows, forked pieces, control connecting pieces, throttle valves, hinged boxes, cones, transitions, deflector caps, rain caps and shunts. In addition, we provide an intelligent modular construction system and innovative flanged pipe construction with moulded flanges of 200 mm to 1250 mm in diameter. We use state-of-the-art laser cutting machines, punching machines and drawing presses at our in-house manufacturing facilities and these guarantee a consistent quality. Our manufacturing is assisted by our production planning which includes 2D and 3D CAD systems with sheet metal unrolling programs. In addition to our standard components, we also can manufacture every type of sheet metal component according to your specifications or drawings, all while keeping the process cost-effective and fast!

GMR Gesellschaft für Metallrecycling mbH was founded in 1991. Today, the company employs a team of 12 and operates around the world. By 2001, we were already recording an annual turnover of 1.5 million EUR. The company specialises in the environmentally friendly recycling of used mercury and every type of waste containing mercury, with the aim of recovering the precious raw material, cleaning it and returning it to the economic cycle as mercury of the highest purity grade. The company has recently seen success in the vacuum treatment and immobilisation of naturally radioactive slurries and residues that contain mercury and in the production of precious metal concentrates out of waste products and residues containing precious metals. From its base in Leipzig, the company operates four vacuum recycling plants of varying capacities, each of them compliant with the German Emissions Protection Act (BImSchG).

We manufacture spot-welded wire mesh to your measurements and specifications - WDM Deutenberg specialises in industrial wire mesh manufactured to individual customer requirements. Our spot-welded wire mesh is available in sizes from 300 x 250 mm to 8000 x 2400 mm depending on the mesh type and wire diameter. We use four different types of wire and materials to produce our meshes: bare wire, galvanised wire, zinc-aluminium-coated wire and stainless steel wire. In addition to the wire types, we have different diameters to suit your application, from 2.0 mm to 18.0 mm. Our spot-welded wire meshes are suitable for a wide range of applications.
