Our textile manufacturing factory is located in Portugal and specializes in the production of knitted clothing for babies, children, women and men. The company was created in 2008, is located in the north of Portugal, and currently has 68 workers based in an area of 2, 000 mts2. From the beginning we have worked almost exclusively for Finland but we intend to expand the markets and customer base. We hold the Oeko Trex Class 1 certification. By consulting the Black Moda website (www.blackmoda.fi) you can appreciate some of our productions. We have a very versatile structure that has a vast network of partners in Portugal, which gives us some agility in terms of minimum quantities, different qualities, and short production deadlines. We are available to support the customer in all phases and aspects of the business. We can help with the development of garments, modeling, the search for materials, or simply making productions already defined by the client. Based in Barcelos, it now belongs to the António Falcão family. The dynamism, quality and expertise acquired in the last 6 decades enabled FALCÃO FIBRAS to implement the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) in 1997, as well as to certify all its products with the Oeko-Tex 100 and GRS Standards. We already use clean energy in our manufacturing, we recycle products and we have invested in innovative products such as biodegradable yarns. We have 2, 500 photovoltaic panels on the roof of our factory and we already have electric cars for our salespeople.
