Together with more than 75 members of staff, represented by highly skilled and experienced joiners, technicians and engineers, we produce all types of exclusive furniture. The manufacture of furniture is a combination of our outstanding experience in traditional carpentry with up-to-date technology and findings as well as with the use of top quality components and raw material. Our skilled workers, who examine every piece individually, carefully check all semi-products. Before sending final product to our customer, all parts are assembled and systematically quality controlled labelled and packed in boxes. The main guidance of our team is the high quality of our products and a satisfied customer.

GS Composite Carbon Gangways With the numerous testing's and searching for operation designed to insure the safety for it's users GS Composite has over the years developed perfect structure hi-tech ultra light and resistant carbon gangway. Gangways are an innovation in the nautical area, as they are the first gangways, which are manufactured by VARTM system. It is a unique manufacturing technology enables the gangways are extremely lightweight and the construction is extremely solid. It can not only be competitive by it's revolutionary elements but also from design aspect, that is combined with classic curved shape on the top of the gangway and the sharp edged modern design on the bottom of gangway. Content preparation for online promotion is co financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund.

Alemo also supplies XPS extrusion line for XPS decorative profile production (cornice/skirting/ceiling moulding). Along with the best energy saving extruders available on the market, you may choose multiple downstream options, as for example: in-line trimming and longitudinal cutting, in-line pre-cutting, automatic hotmelt gluing of cores, in-line perforation. Fast die-changing system (without extruder stop), in-line pipe/profile embossing & coating system. Moreover in-line tape/liner application unit, transversal cutting unit, in-line pipe coating unit. In-line hotmelt and strip application unit and more. We do supply also technology for extrusion of Polyethylene foam Cap liners, Polyethylene (PE) foam gaskets and seals.
