ITS company sells refurbished computers and servers, which means they were surplus in production or they were returned for various reasons. These are not products with any kind of defect - which is often misconception among many people -, but it is true, that these products are not completely new. So, as mentioned, in the set of refurbished products, there are returned unsold stock, exhibits or products returned under warranty for any defect. In some cases, these are also products that were damaged during the transport process, for example damaged computer case etc. Such products are inspected, upgraded or some of its components are replaced. In the case of a damaged computer case, the case is replaced.

Billev Pharma East was established in Ljubljana in 2007 by Mr. Peter de Mayo Billev. The company was at that time a sister company to Billev Pharma ApS, Denmark, with the same owner. Peter established Billev Pharma ApS as one of the first regulatory affairs consultancy companies in Europe in 1978. Mr. Billev has retired and the ownership of the company was transferred in 2022 to two employees of the company: Ms. Katja Pečjak (Associate Director) and Mr. Vito Strasberger (Managing Director). Since the very beginning, it has been our vision to be early in providing assistance with the growing amount of new legislation through active participation in the preparatory work for rules and regulations through international organisations. Through diligent consultancy work, Billev Pharma East has since its beginning in 2007 slowly grown to its present size also because of loyal customers. This is what has enabled us to provide fully up-to-date consultancy to our customers. Regulatory affairs environment can be very complex depending on the type of product. From our experience medicinal products are on the top of complexity. Many times we also face that certain products are borderline and our knowledge on different types of legislation certainly gives you assurance that your product will be placed on the market under the applicable legislative act.

We are a slowly growing company, which today has more than 80 employees, among whom the predominant personnel is technical, mainly electrical engineers, electrical technicians, electricians and fitters, who professionally and reliably perform work in our business and production premises and in the field at the customers. Our field of work is the automation of industrial systems in transport technology, in the automotive industry, rack storage, postal centres, airports. In the workshop we assemble and perform the wiring of switching blocks and individual assemblies, and in the field we carry out the assembly of low-voltage and medium-voltage devices, which includes installation, testing and commissioning. We also carry out on-site overhaul and repair work, including maintenance, refurbishment of machinery and equipment, etc. We are increasingly emphasizing integrated project execution, including design, programming, installation, and commissioning. Due to the expansion of the scope of work, we have decided to build new business and production premises in the Dolane – Cirkulane economic and business zone, which we will move into by the end of this year.
