Billev Pharma East was established in Ljubljana in 2007 by Mr. Peter de Mayo Billev. The company was at that time a sister company to Billev Pharma ApS, Denmark, with the same owner. Peter established Billev Pharma ApS as one of the first regulatory affairs consultancy companies in Europe in 1978. Mr. Billev has retired and the ownership of the company was transferred in 2022 to two employees of the company: Ms. Katja Pečjak (Associate Director) and Mr. Vito Strasberger (Managing Director). Since the very beginning, it has been our vision to be early in providing assistance with the growing amount of new legislation through active participation in the preparatory work for rules and regulations through international organisations. Through diligent consultancy work, Billev Pharma East has since its beginning in 2007 slowly grown to its present size also because of loyal customers. This is what has enabled us to provide fully up-to-date consultancy to our customers. Regulatory affairs environment can be very complex depending on the type of product. Tekstina’s legacy dates back to 1828. Through our history we went from a yarn retailer to become one of the leading manufacturers of printed fabric. The Slovenian textile industry has recently undergone a severe stress, resulting in collapse of numerous domestic textile companies. Tekstina was one of the few companies that were able to survive the turmoil. In order to improve the stability of its business, Tekstina has completely adapted to the new marketplace which requires companies to devote large amounts of funds to capital expenditures and posses their own design departments. As a result of this transformation, Tekstina nowadays sports a value added per employee of over 80, 000 EUR which represents a remarkable achievement for this industry. Tekstina primarily manufactures fabrics for shirts and working suits. In the future, the company aims to further increase innovation as its long-term plan is to transform from manufacturer of fabrics to provider of various services using innovative materials. The company has two divisions. Tekstina Fashion provides it customers with unique and innovative products which are developed in accordance with the latest fashion trends. Tekstina Tech meanwhile provides novel marketing solutions to the rest of the company through cooperation with accredited laboratories and suppliers. Those activities are set to continue within the IRSPIN group and are aimed at improving business efficacy in the future.

Logiss is the name of a company that will be officially founded in September 2014. We are a team of experts in the field of road freigt transport who have merged to present ourselves in the market with a common name. The international economic crisis has affected transport along with many other sectors, but we remain positive that with the right approach and organisation it is still possible to create an efficient and competitive service, capable of providing to its customers an optimal an price – quality ratio, though retaining a maximum efficiency and expertise. Our vehicle fleet is in step with time and ecology. We operate with 40 Euro 6 tractors and 40 semitrailers (20 refrigerated trailers with all types of cooling regimes, 10 container and 10 tarpaulin trailers). In all of our compositions there are always two drivers available for every trip. Our vision is a branched logistical network that extends beyond the borders of Slovenia and connects many subcontractors in one organisation unit. Using this principle the logistical process can be optimised, which is reflected in shorter timelines and lower costs. PRODUCT LINES a) Two-wheel mopeds L1e-A (25 km/h, 15 m.p.h.) b) Two-wheel mopeds L1e (45 km/h, 30 m.p.h.) c) Electric Scooters d) Delivery vehicles for institutional users All vehicles meet the high standards concerning noise pollution and harmful emissions. The vehicles have the following certificates: EEC (EU), DOT and EPA (USA). Selected models have EUR.1 movement certificate. Most of our 2017 models will have a serial electric start, automatic oil injection pump and EURO 4 emission standard. This will make your ride on a new Tomos vehicle an even more pleasant, comfortable, and safe experience.
