The Clippard NPV Series Pinch Valve is a solenoid-operated device that is designed to open and close tubes for controlling flow of liquids and gases. Other valve types have internal passages that may cause small amounts of fluid to remain in the valve. Pinch valves have no areas or dead volume where fluid can become trapped. Only the inside of the tubing contacts the fluid. Energizing the solenoid retracts or attracts the plunger, which opens or closes the tube. De-energizing the solenoid will allow the plunger to return to its original state. Cet ensemble pneumatique est composé d’un réservoir de 12L et d’un surpresseur. Il se démarque tant par son concept que par son aspect compact. Il est possible de faire fonctionner l’ensemble avec et sans Surpresseur, et est donc possible de faire passer la pression de la cuve du simple au double. Cet ensemble ne nécessite pas de branchement spécifique pour fonctionner et sa mise en œuvre est simple. La mise en place de ce combiné permet de garantir une pression de fonctionnement grâce à sa réserve et surtout d’augmenter la pression si nécessaire pour optimiser le rendement sur vos installations pneumatiques. Le réservoir tampon permet de garder une pression constante sans avoir besoin de solliciter le multiplicateur pour chaque demande faite par le process. L’ensemble est équipé de clapet anti-retour permettant d’alimenter le réservoir via le réseau et d’économiser le fonctionnement du surpresseur. Le surpresseur n’est à utiliser que sur des applications ponctuelles.

This valve protects pumps and pipes from pump startup and shutoff pressure surges due to power failure. Pump off means valve normally closed. If pump starting cause pressure surge, the pilot smoothly opens the valve to limit pressure rising. Quick relief valve opens due to both pressure rises and falls, fully reducing any pressure fluctuation.

These valves have closure system in screen form by means of slide and connected to pipe lines and used for stopping fluid inside pipe. Screwed shaft which is mounted inside housing moves slide up and down and performs open and close operation for valve. Sealing is maintained by gasket which is coated over slide. They are used liquids which do not have abrasive property and in liquid fuel installations. They are not used for controlling and flow adjustment.
