Kugelhahn 1/2"IG mit Fernbedienung für Dampf > 150°, Gestänge max. 1000mm Dampfarmaturen dienen der dosierbaren Entnahme von Wasserdampf bis 2,5 bar Ruhedruck. Die verschiedenen Ausprägungen der Armaturen sind für unterschiedliche Einbauorte geeignet. Diese Armaturen sind aus Warmpressteilen und gezogenem Messingstangenmaterial hergestellt. Das Oberteil ist mit Dichtungen entsprechend der Temperaturen des Wasserdampfes ausgestattet, analog hierzu erfolgt die Farbgebung. Die Griffkennzeichnung wird nach DIN EN 13792 vorgenommen. Die Schlauchtülle ist nach DIN 12898 fest mit dem Ventil verbunden.

These precision pressure regulators can be used in various applications. They convince through their small size, high flow rates and high accuracy. Their modular design allows a cost optimized configuration. High reliability and maintenance free use are ensured for a long lifetime. A rotary knob is used to set the pressure level. The pressure regulator versions with bleeder ports can be used for pressurized air or neutral gases. These pressure regulators are built with a very robust brass housing. These pressure regulators can be connected by G1/8 inner thread. On request all pressure regulators can be adapted to different pressure levels or set to a specific output pressure. Seals can be changed from NBR to EPDM or Viton (FKM). Thereby it is easy to adapt the regulators to special media as oxygen (O2) or drinking water (H2O). These are products which allow liquid to flow at flow direction and used for preventing flow at reverse direction. It prevents fluid back flow when pump is out of service in pump plants. Ball is closed by its own weight or counter force. Check valves are mounted considering the fluid flow direction. Ball system deforms late with respect to flap system. In the event that it is deformed , upper cover is opened and ball is removed and new one is installed and maintenance of checkvalve is made easily. It can be used easily in drinking water plants and fluids which are free of acid.

Ces robinets à boisseau sphérique ont été conçus spécialement pour les installations frigorifiques utilisant l'amoniac, des CFC, HCFC, HFC et autres fluides frigorigènes. Le corps acier en trois parties permet le démontage aisé. Grâce à la longueur de la tête, ils sont facilement isolables. La tige possède une étanchéité inférieure qui s'effectue à sa base par un siège PTFE comprimé par ressort. Ceci permet le changement de garniture, l'installation restant sous pression.
