Approved for all materials of the explosion group IIA with a maximum experimental safe gap (MESG) > 0.9 and a maximum operating temperature of 60 °C. The housing is mounted perpendicularly on a tank roof. If required by the customer, the valve is equipped with an explosion-proof condensate drain device.

Der Proportionaldruckregler der Serie PRE mit der neuen CoilVision Technologie überwacht konstant die Funktion der Magnetventile im Inneren des Reglers und beugt eventuellen Störungen vor.  Erfasste Daten werden kabellos in die Cloud übermittelt, zusammengefasst und zur Funktionskontrolle des Reglers mit einem Dashboard visualisiert. Die Serie PRE ist in zwei Baubreiten und verschiedenen Konfigurationen, darunter eine IO-Link Variante, verfügbar. Neben den Standardoptionen mit und ohne Display gibt es die Version mit integrierter Entlüftung. Diese ermöglicht die gesamte Anlage, auch ohne Stromversorgung, drucklos zu schalten. The patented TECsteam steam booster nozzle is used for cooling steam close to the saturated steam temperature or hot gases. The temperature is controlled by the injection of water into the steam or hot gas stream whereby the water is thermally atomised using high pressure steam. The high pressure steam is removed from and returned uncontrolled to the high pressure steam system. The temperature-dependent cooling water is supplied via a control valve. Elastische Kugeln werden vorwiegend als Verschluss in Ventilen und Pumpen, in Rohrleitungen und Heizungssystemen, als Molche für die Rohrreinigung oder als Reinigungskugeln in Siebanlagen verwendet. Ventile gehören zu den bekanntesten Absperrorganen und verhindern ungewollten Rückfluss von Gasen, Flüssigkeiten oder körnigen Stoffen und Stäuben. Im Käfig der Kugelventile liegt die frei bewegliche elastische Kugel und wird durch das einströmende Medium aus dem Ventilsitz gehoben. Bei Rückfluss wird sie durch Kraft und Eigengewicht wieder in den harten Ventilsitz gepresst und dichtet dadurch ab. Der Ventilsitz sollte dem für die Ventilkugel verwendeten Werkstoff angepasst sein. Für viele spezifische Einsatzbedingungen stehen uns entsprechende Werkstoffe aus Elastomeren und Kunststoffen zur Verfügung. Neben den Standardabmessungen können wir Zwischengrößen mit umfangreichen Werkzeugpark abdecken.
