Die Ventilanschaltung GEMÜ 4242 ist für die Montage auf fremdgesteuerte Linearantriebe geeignet. Sie arbeitet mit einer mikroprozessorgesteuerten, intelligenten Stellungserfassung sowie einem analogen Wegmesssystem. Die Ventilanschaltung wurde speziell für kleine bis mittlere Nennweiten mit einem Hub von 2 bis 30 mm konstruiert. Schlauch-Membranventile DN 15 – DN 200 haben einen freien und glatten Durchgang. Das Durchflussmedium kommt ausschließlich mit dem in verschiedenen Materialien lieferbaren elastischen und austauschbaren Schlaucheinsatz in Berührung. Der zwangsgeführte Schlaucheinsatz gewährleistet ein einwandfreies Öffnen und Schließen der Armatur. Diese weichdichtenden Ventile für Druckstufen bis PN 6 je nach Nennweite werden u. a. für aggressive, feststoffhaltige, abrasive, staubförmige und neutrale Medien eingesetzt. Neben der handbetätigten Ausführung sind Schlauch-Membranventile lieferbar mit elektrischen und pneumatischen Stell- und Regelantrieben mit verschiedenen Steuerungskomponenten, auch als Sicherheits- und Schwimmerventile.

Typ 6228 ist ein vorgesteuertes 2/2-Wege-Magnetventil mit Servomembran. Es eignet sich besonders für neutrale Medien. Im stromlosen Zustand ist das Magnetventil geschlossen. Über der Servomembran baut sich ein Druck auf, der diese nach unten drückt und dadurch das Ventil geschlossen hält. Beim Schalten wird der Raum oberhalb der Servomembran über das Vorsteuerventil entlastet. Dadurch wird die Servomembran vom Mediumsdruck angehoben und das Hauptventil öffnet. Zum vollständigen Öffnen und Schließen ist ein Mindestdifferenzdruck von 0,5 bar erforderlich. Die besondere Konstruktion und Geometrie der Ventilinnenteile bewirkt eine weiche Schließfunktion bei nur sehr geringen Druckspitzen. These miniature pressure regulators fit into applications with low space requirements and low pressure levels. They work reliable and have a long life expectancy. A rotary knob is used to set the pressure level. The pressure regulator versions with bleeder ports can be used for pressurized air or neutral gases. These pressure regulators are built with a very robust brass housing. The pneumatic connection is done by M5 inner thread. On request all pressure regulators can be adapted to different pressure levels or set to a specific output pressure. Seals can be changed from NBR to EPDM or Viton (FKM).
