The Clippard NPV Series Pinch Valve is a solenoid-operated device that is designed to open and close tubes for controlling flow of liquids and gases. Other valve types have internal passages that may cause small amounts of fluid to remain in the valve. Pinch valves have no areas or dead volume where fluid can become trapped. Only the inside of the tubing contacts the fluid. Energizing the solenoid retracts or attracts the plunger, which opens or closes the tube. De-energizing the solenoid will allow the plunger to return to its original state. Ein Muffenschieber/Absperrschieber aus Rotguss mit beidseitigem Innengewinde und einem Handrad. Der Absperrschieber kann für Heißwasser bis 160 °C verwendet werden. Das Handrad ermöglicht ein leichtes und langsames Öffnen und Schließen des Absperrschiebers, wodurch starke Druckveränderungen in der Leitung vermieden werden können. Die Fließrichtung des Mediums kann bei einem Muffenschieber zu beiden Seiten hin erfolgen, im Gegensatz zu einem Kugelhahn. Die Abdichtung der Gewinde erfolgt über PTFE-Gewindedichtband oder Gewindedichthanf. Die Innengewinde sind zylindrisch/parallel. Rotguss hat eine höhere Korrosionsbeständigkeit gegenüber Messing und eignet sich primär für professionelle Anwendungen bzw. langlebige Installation im Privatbereich. These precision pressure regulators can be used in various applications. They convince through their small size, high flow rates and high accuracy. These are products which allow liquid to flow at flow direction and used for preventing flow at reverse direction. It prevents fluid back flow when pump is out of service in pump plants. Ball is closed by its own weight or counter force. Check valves are mounted considering the fluid flow direction. Ball system deforms late with respect to flap system. In the event that it is deformed , upper cover is opened and ball is removed and new one is installed and maintenance of checkvalve is made easily. It can be used easily in drinking water plants and fluids which are free of acid.
