The robust OAC vibratory feeder coil series consists of a UI core and two excitation windings connected in series. Continuous controllability via drive voltage and/or frequency, high power ratings and optimally minimized eddy current losses characterize the electromagnet. The direction of oscillation is achieved by the geometric arrangement of the springs. The useful oscillation amplitude corresponds to twice the amplitude of the oscillation frequency of the overall system. Kuhnkes FIO Safety SDI4/SDO2 is a safety I/O terminal featuring four safe digital input channels and two safe digital output channels. This expansion module from Kuhnke's FIO range easily integrates in any EtherCAT® network. Four inputs pick up sensor readings via floating 24 VDC contacts while two outputs send up to 2 A of current per channel to 24 VDC actuators. In case the EtherCAT terminal detects a fault it changes to a safe state (fail safe). The module meets the requirements of IEC 61508 SIL3 and DIN EN ISO 13849 PL e. The permanent holding magnet achieve a holding force of up to 3,500 N in the de-energized state and are designed for long holding of magnetic workpieces. When the DC-excited coil is switched on, the permanent magnetic field on the holding surface is neutralized and the workpiece to be held can be removed. The electromagnet holds loads even in the event of a power failure and only needs to be energized briefly to release the workpiece. The induction generator module is designed to supply up to 6 induction coils (inductors) with a power of up to 3 kW each.
