Microhardness testers: devices for testing hardness in accordance with Vickers and Knoop, suitable for loads from 1 g to 2 kg. Positioning systems: linear, cross, rotary and lifting tables as well as tripods and control units for exact positioning requirements. Small devices: pen microscopes, centring microscopes, portable devices and alignment checkers. Custom solutions: individually tailored solutions for special requirements in the field of optical metrology. Our products are characterised by high precision and reliability.
