For decades, the name of Robering has been synonymous with profiles that stand out for their exceptional quality. Thanks to almost 60 years of experience in the field of profiles, we are not only able to provide this high standard, but are also in a position to use our expertise and innovation to realise new ideas for profiles. We no longer stock window transoms with white lips and black adhesive strip as standard. These combinations are manufactured as required in a special production process with corresponding delivery times. Due to the fact that the profile systems tend to use the colour RAL 9016 Traffic white, the colours RAL 9010 Pure white and RAL 9003 Signal white have become special colours that we no longer stock on site. However, we can of course still produce these colours according to customers' wishes. We produce our standard profiles using only newly produced hard and soft PVC materials (we do not use recycling-grade materials).

Among other things, the EZM metal working and service GmbH makes spindle bearings, straightening machines for round and profile materials with powered straightening rolls as well as custom orders. The innovative combination of heat, blasting, straightening, milling and planing processes at the EZM profile machining plant in Rohr/Thüringen represent a cost-effective alternative able to compete with traditional manufacturing technologies.

- The patented FRANK showcase system - The FRANK showcase system features our unrivaled slide-in technology. It requires no screws or gaskets for dustproof and airtight storage and preservation. Simply insert the inconspicuous aluminum strips into the grooves machined in the edges of the panels. No wider than the two eight-millimeter panels’ connecting joint, these slim extrusions are flush with the surface when installed. Most important of all, they provide a precise-fitting connection with the stability of a permanent joint and the flexibility of a quick-release fixture that enables easy disassembly. FRANK Showcase System is available in glass, acrylic or other materials. All materials are connected using the same connecting profiles. As a result different materials can be combined with another. The prefabricated Frank showcase is delivered disassembled and well packed. It can be assembled/disassembled in a few simple steps by only one person.

ECOROLL AG Werkzeugtechnik is a leading provider of tools for fine mechanical surface machining. ECOROLL AG Werkzeuge – which employs around 80 people – develops, manufactures and distributes tools for burnishing, roller burnishing, skiving burnishing and machine hammer preening. ECOROLL tools are used wherever there are special demands for surface roughness or component strength. The burnishing or roller burnishing process is carried out on commonly used machine tools directly after pre-machining and achieves surfaces with very low roughness (< Ra 0.01 / < Rz 1.0 µm), comparable to results when sanding, honing or polishing. This is thanks to the forming of the component edge zone roughness profile without material removal, while also increasing the dynamic strength and edge zone hardness. ECOROLL can also supply a comprehensive range of standard tools from stock. Another of our strengths is developing and manufacturing special solutions according to customer requirements. With our team skilled in distribution, design and applications technology, we create tailor-made tools and processes for special customer applications. Our applications team also offers the opportunity to test our technologies through machining trials at ECOROLL's or the customer's premises and to find any ways of improving the surface finish.
